
Balsamic Steak Marinade
Marinated steaks using Mae's Seasonings Rosemary Garlic. These provide the most tender steak you have ever had. You must let rest before slicing.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Rosemary Garlic
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 steaks of choice
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together all ingredients except for steak.
- Add steaks to a resealable zip lock bag and pour the marinade over them. Marinate in fridge for at least 6 hours.
- You can either fry these in a cast iron skillet or BBQ these to your desired doneness.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Rare: 125F Medium Rare: 135F Medium: 145F Medium Well: 150F Well Done: 160F
