
Blackened Cajun Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, halved to make 4 fillets
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 F.
- Rub each chicken breast generously with Cajun Blackened.
- In a cast iron skillet on medium - high, heat butter and oil. Once hot sear chicken breasts until blackened, about 2 - 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Let rest for 5 -10 minutes per serving.
