Blackened Cajun Chicken

Chicken breasts made with Mae's Seasonings Cajun Blackened. This is great on Caesar salad or on top of Fettuccine Alfredo or in wraps and sandwiches.

Ingredients
  

  •  2 large chicken breasts, halved to make 4 fillets 
  • 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened 
  • 1 tbsp butter 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil  

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350 F.
  • Rub each chicken breast generously with Cajun Blackened.
  • In a cast iron skillet on medium - high, heat butter and oil. Once hot sear chicken breasts until blackened, about 2 - 3 minutes per side.
  • Transfer to preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Let rest for 5 -10 minutes per serving.
