Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Chicken wrap made with hot sauce, ranch dressing and Mae's Cajun Blackened Rub.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened
- pinch salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce & diced tomatoes
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Ranch Dressing:
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Juice from 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Garlic Lovers
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Make ranch dressing first and let sit in fridge while you make the wraps
- In a small bowl, combine together chicken slices, hot sauce, Cajun Blackened and salt. Let sit 15 minutes before cooking.
- In a medium frypan, melt butter; add chicken mixture and cook about 5 - 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked and most of the sauce is cooked into the chicken.
- Heat up tortilla shells. You can grill the shells in an indoor grill pan if desired.
- Spread ranch on shells. Top with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Serve with additional ranch if desired.
