Cajun Remoulade Sauce

This Remoulade is made with Mae's Seasonings Cajun Blackened. This is very easy to make and is perfect for seafood such as shrimp po boys and as a dipping sauce for crab cakes. This also makes a great dipping sauce for French fries, zucchini fritters, fish sticks and so much more.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped 
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon (1 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish 
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice or white wine vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 5 tsp Dijon mustard 
  • 2 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened 
  • 2 tsp hot sauce 
  • 1 tsp brown sugar or honey 

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
