Chili Lime Salmon
Salmon marinated with Mae's Seasonings Chili Lime. Serve with rice and veggies for a complete meal.
Equipment
- cast iron skillet (preferably but not necessary)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chili Lime
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 2 salmon fillets
Instructions
- Mix together butter, brown sugar, garlic, Chili Lime, and lime juice. Brush this mixture over salmon and let sit for 20 - 30 minutes.
- In a cast iron skillet on medium - high, cook salmon for 3 - 5 minutes per side or until cooked and fish flakes easily.
- Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
