
Chipotle Lime Red Snapper
Ingredients
- 2 red snapper fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa
Instructions
- Mix together olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic and Chiptole Cocoa. Rub this mixture onto fish fillets. Let sit for 20 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat your grill to medium - high and oil the grates. Cook the fish for 3 - 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145 F.
- Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
