DESCRIPTION:Founded in 2011\, formerly knows as The Eco Market\, started in the small artisan town of Yarrow. With a commitment of showcasing local artists as well as promoting eco-education our small market grew into a movement offering local sustainable products and services set up for our customers’ convenience.\nIn 2012 the City of Chilliwack offered to let us use Sardis Park. We noted that many of our local farmers were participating in Farmer’s Markets in Vancouver but were not offering their goods to local customers. It was decided to move the day to Wednesday so our vendors could reach their community and still be available for larger weekend events.\nThe following years have been a success and we have continued to grow from a small 8 vendor market to over 30 casual and seasonal vendors. We pride ourselves in providing an intimate space for vendors to connect with the community. Bring your dog\, your family\, your bike or all three and enjoy the tranquil and scenic Sardis Park.
