Greek Chicken

Chicken made with Mae’s Greek Seasoning. This recipe is great served with Greek salad and roasted potatoes. This Greek Chicken recipe makes very juicy and mouth watering chicken.

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Mae's Greek Seasoning
  • 4 - 6 bone - in chicken thighs


  • Combine together oil, lemon and red wine vinegar. Then mix in garlic and Greek Seasoning.
  • Marinate chicken in this mixture for at least 3 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F and bake for 40 – 45 minutes.
