
Italian Roasted Salmon
Italian Roasted Salmon made with Mae's Seasonings Tuscan Herb and Garlic. The salmon is seared first then cooked in the oven with a lemon butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Tuscan Herb & Garlic
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to season
- Lemon slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Clean salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Tuscan Herb, and lemon juice.
- In a cast iron skillet on medium - high, heat oil and once hot sear about 2 minutes per side. Then drizzle over butter mixture evenly over salmon and top with lemon slices.
- Transfer to oven and bake for 10 minutes or until salmon is cooked and easily flakes with a fork.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
