Lamb Chops

Greek style Lamb Chops made with Mae's Seasonings Rosemary Garlic. They are first marinated with lemon and rosemary garlic. Great when paired with rice and veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • Juice from 2 lemons 
  • 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Rosemary Garlic 
  • 1 tsp dried dill 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 lamb chops 
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together oil, lemon juice, Rosemary Garlic, dill and salt.
  • Arrange lamb chops in a large baking dish and pour oil lemon mixture over the lamb, rubbing it into the meat. Cover and let  marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Heat some olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat. Cook the lamb for 4 - 5 minutes per side or until browned.
  • Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
