Lamb Chops
Greek style Lamb Chops made with Mae's Seasonings Rosemary Garlic. They are first marinated with lemon and rosemary garlic. Great when paired with rice and veggies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice from 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Rosemary Garlic
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 lamb chops
- olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together oil, lemon juice, Rosemary Garlic, dill and salt.
- Arrange lamb chops in a large baking dish and pour oil lemon mixture over the lamb, rubbing it into the meat. Cover and let marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Heat some olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat. Cook the lamb for 4 - 5 minutes per side or until browned.
- Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
