
Lemon Garlic Salmon
Lemon Garlic Salmon made with Mae's Seasonings Rosemary Garlic. This is marinated in a lemon rosemary garlic sauce which adds incredible flavour to the fish.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- Juice from 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Rosemary Garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Clean salmon and pat dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, Rosemary Garlic, and salt.
- Brush salmon with this mixture and let sit for 20 minutes.
- On medium - high heat, in a cast iron skillet heat butter. Once hot, add salmon and cook for about 4 - 5 minutes per side. Spoon melted butter over salmon.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
