
Lemon Rosemary Chicken
Chicken thighs made with Mae's Seasonings Rosemary Garlic. The chicken has wonderful lemon flavour. Perfect when paired with roasted potatoes or greek rice and veggies.
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 bone in chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Rosemary Garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a small bowl, mix together oil, lemon juice, Rosemary Garlic, honey and salt.
- Place chicken on a large baking dish and pour mixture over the chicken , rubbing it into the meat to thoroughly coat.
- Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until cooked and no longer pink. Serve with lemon slices.
- Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
