Maple Garlic Salmon
Salmon made with Mae’s Seasonings Maple Garlic. This seasoning makes the salmon very moist and tender. This goes great with grilled asparagus and roasted potatoes. It is also excellent topped on a Spinach salad or Caesar salad.
Equipment
- cast iron, preferably
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Maple Garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Clean salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Mix together Maple Garlic and olive oil. Generously spread over salmon. Let sit for 20 minutes.
- In a cast iron on medium - high heat. Cook salmon for about 4 - 5 minutes per side.
- Add in butter, and once melted spoon over salmon.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
