
Meatloaf
This Classic Meatloaf is made with Mae’s Garlic and Peppers Seasoning. Made with a combination of pork and beef which makes it very moist. Pair it with mashed potatoes and braised cabbage for a complete meal. If any leftovers this is great in meatloaf sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- olive oil
- 1 onion diced
- 3 - 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Mae's Garlic and Peppers Seasoning
- 1 tsp` salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Saute the onion in some olive oil until lightly browned. Then add garlic and saute for 1 – 2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
- Meanwhile stir together remaining ingredients; then add in onion mixture.
- Place in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 50 – 60 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes then top with ketchup.
