
Oven Roasted BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Beer Can Chicken
- 1/2 cup Mae’s Seasonings Honey Hickory BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 F. Rub each chicken thigh with the Beer Can Chicken Rub and place in a baking pan.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together Honey Hickory BBQ Sauce and water. Pour over chicken and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
