
Oven Roasted Mexican Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chili & Taco
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chicken and whisk together.
- Toss well with the chicken and let marinate in fridge for at least 6 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400F and place the chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the juices are clear.
- Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
