Blazin Cajun Seasoning

Mae’s Seasonings Blazin Cajun is excellent on chicken, fish and seafood when you want that extra kick of spice. Also add to soups, vegetables, jambalayas, gumbos and marinades for some spicy flavour.  Use to make blackened chicken or salmon. Works great for a spicy dip, simply mix Blazin Cajun in sour cream or Greek yogurt and you have a dip for veggies. Or mix with cream cheese for a chip dip. Roasted potatoes or fries are also given that extra kick. For that extra heat use in salsas and chilis. Its also excellent in seasoned flour to make schnitzel or fried chicken.
