Salsa Roja

SALSA ROJA is a staple in the Mexican cuisine. This is the sauce that is traditionally served with tortilla chips in Mexican Restaurants. All the veggies in this Salsa are roasted then blended to make the sauce. This is excellent when mixed in ground beef for tacos. But first cook your beef with our Chili & Taco Seasoning then add in some of our Salsa Roja. This is also great for your enchilada sauce. Also great as a dip for tortilla chips or for nachos. Our salsa also makes a great addition to soups. Use in place of tomatoes for a Mexican inspired soup. This is also great in eggs and omelets. You could also replace mayo with Salsa Roja for your chicken sandwiches or wraps. Or mix some Salsa Roja with mayo for a dip or for your chicken sandwiches. You could skip the ketchup on your burger and replace with Salsa Roja. You could also add some Mexican flair when you use it to make a Bloody Mary.

SUGGESTED USAGE: For tacos, add about ¼ cup of Salsa Roja after your ground beef is cooked.
