Carolina Gold Mustard BBQ Sauce

MAE’S SEASONINGS SMOKY GOLD MUSTARD BBQ SAUCE is very popular with people who love to BBQ. This sauce started when the Germans introduced mustard to people in Carolina then they made a mustard BBQ sauce. It is traditionally made with hot sauce in it but our twist on this is adding our Hickory Smoked BBQ Rub to give it a smoky flavour instead of hot sauce. And since this is a mustard-based sauce its not just for the BBQ. It is also a great dipping sauce for chicken strips, sausage rolls and pretzels. Or mix with mayonnaise for your hamburgers, hotdogs and ham sandwiches. This is great with marinated pork and chicken, including pulled pork and ribs for something unique. Also, great when tossed in cooked chicken wings. You could also mix with sour cream and mayo for a creamy salad dressing or a dip. This is also made with our own Worcestershire sauce since we were unable to find a good gluten free option.

SUGGESTED USAGE: Pour desired amount of our sauce on your chicken or pork. And marinate for at least 8 hours. Cook at your desired cooking method.
