Rosemary Garlic Pork Marinade

Pork that is marinated using our Rosemary Garlic Seasoning. Then grilled on the BBQ. You could also cook this on the stove in a Cast Iron skillet as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Rosemary Garlic
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 pork chops or steaks

Instructions
 

  • Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, Rosemary Garlic, honey, mustard and salt. Toss well with the pork and let marinate in fridge for 4 - 6 hours. Let sit out at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Brush your grates lightly with oil. Then preheat your grill to medium - high. Once heated, place pork on grill and cook for about 3 - 5 minutes per side or until browned.
  • Then Cook on indirect heat by turning off half of burners and turn down to low. Transfer pork to the unlit burners and cook for another 8 - 10 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork.
  • Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
