Tried this rub we got at the Aldergrove fair today on baby backs. Oven baked for 3 hours at 275 with rub and bbq sauce. Re-sauced 1/2 before dinner and they were excellent. My compliments. The rub enhanced the bbq sauce perfectly and fall off the bone delicious. Will be getting more for sure. Sorry, no pics cause we devoured them.
