The Tastiest Burgers! When asked what makes my homemade burgers so frickin tasty, I say with a smile, it is a secret. Actually it isn’t such a secret as I add Mae’s Seasoning’s Hickory Smoked BBQ Rub to the meat mixture when putting them together. I also use it when smoking ribs and brisket. In short, YUM! If you haven’t tried her Hickory Smoked BBQ Rub, you simply have not lived.

Chicken and Rib Rub

Tried this rub we got at the Aldergrove fair today on baby backs. Oven baked for 3 hours at 275 with rub and bbq sauce. Re-sauced 1/2 before dinner and they were excellent. My compliments. The rub enhanced the bbq sauce perfectly and fall off the bone delicious. Will be getting more for sure. Sorry, no pics cause we devoured them.
