Lemon Butter Cod Fillets
Fish Fillets made with Mae's Seasonings Garlic Lovers. This is great served with roasted potatoes and veggies.

- 4 cod fillets
- Salt and pepper, to season
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Garlic Lovers
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp cold butter, diced
- 1 small lemon, sliced
Preheat oven to 325 F. Clean cod and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, and Garlic Lovers. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Place cod fillets In a baking dish and pour the lemon sauce over the cod. Sprinkle with parmesan and place the diced butter over the fish. Cover with the lemon slices.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
