Lemon Garlic Butter Prawns
Prawns made with Mae's Seasonings Garlic Lovers. They are quickly marinated in a lemon garlic sauce and served with a lemon butter which is great for dipping the prawns in. If you are serving this as a main dish this pairs well with rice and veggies.

- 1/2 bag prawns
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Garlic Lovers
- 2 tbsp butter
Defrost Prawns: Place them in a bowl of cold salted water for about 20 minutes until thawed.
In a medium bowl, mix together oil, lemon juice, and Garlic Lovers. Toss with prawns and let sit for 20 minutes.
In a large frypan over medium heat, cook prawns until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Add in butter and stir until melted.
Remove prawns from frypan and serve with the butter in the pan.
