Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob
Corn on the cob made with Mae's Seasonings Chili & Taco. The chili lime butter adds incredible flavour to the corn. Perfect side dish for your BBQ.

- 4 ears corn, husks removed
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Chili & Taco
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 425F.
In a small bowl, combine butter, lime juice, Chili & Taco, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place corn on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven until corn is soft, about 20 - 25 minutes, turning halfway once through cooking.
