Roasted Baby Potatoes

- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Garlic Lovers
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to season
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Parboil Potatoes: Place halved potatoes in a large pot with water on medium - high heat and once boiling cook for 3 minutes or until fork tender but cant go all the way through with a fork. Drain and place in a large bowl.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix together olive oil, Garlic Lovers, and salt and toss with the potatoes.
Place in a baking dish and dot with butter. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, flipping halfway. Toss with some butter and season with salt and pepper if desired.
