Cajun Honey Butter Salmon

Salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Cajun Honey Butter:
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
Clean salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Mix together Cajun and oil. Brush over salmon and let sit for 20 minutes. Then in a small bowl, mix together ingredients for the Cajun honey butter.
Preheat your grill over medium - high heat. Once your grill is hot, place a cast iron skillet on grill and allow to heat for 2 minutes or until hot.
Add salmon and cook for about 6 - 8 minutes per side. Add in butter, and once melted spoon over salmon.
Remove from grill.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
