Carolina Gold Chicken Wings

Chicken wings made with our Smoked Hickory Rub and Carolina Gold Mustard BBQ Sauce. Great as an Appy or serve with veggies and potato salad for a perfect summer meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Smoked Hickory
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Mae’s Seasonings Carolina Gold Mustard BBQ Sauce, plus more for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss wings with oil, and Smoked Hickory. Then mix in cornstarch.
  • Place wings on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until beginning to get crispy. Remove from oven.
  • In a large bowl, toss Carolina Gold well with wings and place back on baking sheet and cook for 10 - 15 minutes until starting to caramelize.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with more Carolina Gold.
