Carolina Gold Chicken Wings
Chicken wings made with our Smoked Hickory Rub and Carolina Gold Mustard BBQ Sauce. Great as an Appy or serve with veggies and potato salad for a perfect summer meal.

- 1 pound chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Smoked Hickory
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Mae’s Seasonings Carolina Gold Mustard BBQ Sauce, plus more for drizzling
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss wings with oil, and Smoked Hickory. Then mix in cornstarch.
Place wings on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until beginning to get crispy. Remove from oven.
In a large bowl, toss Carolina Gold well with wings and place back on baking sheet and cook for 10 - 15 minutes until starting to caramelize.
Remove from oven and drizzle with more Carolina Gold.
