- 4 ears corn on the cob
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 2 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Chili Lime
In a small bowl, combine the butter, lime juice, and Chili Lime.
Boil: Put a pot of water on the stove on medium - high and once boiling add the corn and cook for 10 minutes. Brush the corn with the lime butter.
BBQ: Place the corn in foil and brush them with the lime butter. Save half of the butter for serving.
