1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large pot on medium - high, cook spinach with some olive oil until spinach is wilted, about 2 - 3 minutes. Place in colander to drain. Then cut up.
In a large bowl using a hand mixer, combine together cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and Garlic Lovers. Then add in artichoke hearts, spinach, parmesan and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Place in a 9 inch baking dish and smooth out and top with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Broil for 1 - 2 minutes.
