Garlic Alfredo Sauce
A very easy alfredo sauce recipe using Mae's Seasonings Garlic Lovers. This is great for a pasta sauce or a pizza sauce.

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Garlic Lovers
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Roux
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add Garlic Lovers and cook for 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant. Add cream, granulated garlic, and pepper.
Once heated through, add parmesan and let simmer over low heat about 10 minutes or until parmesan has melted.
Mix together flour and oil together and add into sauce to thicken.
You do not want it to be too thick because if you have leftovers it will thicken up. If this happens just whisk some milk into it.
