Greek Pasta Salad
Greek pasta salad is a delightful fusion of flavors, combining pasta with fresh vegetables, feta cheese and olives that is tossed in a creamy dressing made with our Greek Dip Mix.

- 3 cups fusilli pasta, uncooked
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cucumber, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
Dressing:
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Greek Dip Mix
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dillweed
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl and add oil. let sit to dry.
Meanwhile, mix together all dressing ingredients and set aside.
Once pasta has cooled down, mix with cucumbers, tomatoes, red peppers, onions, feta and olives until combined.
Mix in dressing and let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
