Greek Pasta Salad

Greek pasta salad is a delightful fusion of flavors, combining pasta with fresh vegetables, feta cheese and olives that is tossed in a creamy dressing made with our Greek Dip Mix.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups fusilli pasta, uncooked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cucumber, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved

Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Greek Dip Mix
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dillweed

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl and add oil. let sit to dry.
  • Meanwhile, mix together all dressing ingredients and set aside.
  • Once pasta has cooled down, mix with cucumbers, tomatoes, red peppers, onions, feta and olives until combined.
  • Mix in dressing and let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
