Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fingerling potatoes, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Greek Souvlaki
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place the potatoes in a foil tray. Season with Greek Souvlaki and salt. Add lemon juice, olive oil and garlic; mix together well and place them flat side down in the tray.
  • Heat up the bbq to medium - high and cook for 20 - 25 minutes, or until cooked. The potatoes should be nice and golden on the bottom. Flip them halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with feta and serve.
