Grilled Greek Zucchini

- 4 small zucchini
- olive oil, for brushing
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Greek Souvlaki
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Cut each zucchini into four lengthwise pieces.
Then brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Greek Souvlaki.
Preheat your grill or indoor grill pan over medium high heat. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes per side.
Transfer to a serving plate and squeeze lemon juice. Sprinkle with feta and serve.
