Grilled Greek Zucchini

Ingredients
  

  • 4 small zucchini
  • olive oil, for brushing
  • 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Greek Souvlaki
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut each zucchini into four lengthwise pieces.
  • Then brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Greek Souvlaki.
  • Preheat your grill or indoor grill pan over medium high heat. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes per side.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and squeeze lemon juice. Sprinkle with feta and serve.
