Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette
Balsamic Vinaigrette recipe using Mae's Seasonings Tuscan Herb and Garlic. This is great for salads such as Panzanella Salad and Caprese Salad. This also makes a great bread dipper for Focaccia Bread. Use also as a marinade for balsamic chicken.

- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp Mae’s Seasonings Tuscan Herb & Garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup olive oil
In a small bowl, combine together balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, Tuscan Herb and Garlic and sea salt. Then mix in olive oil slowly.
This can be used as a vinaigrette for salads or a marinade for pork and chicken.
