Jalapeno Popper Dip

A great dip for a game night. This dip uses Mae's Seasonings Garlic Lovers. Serve with tortilla chips or bread pieces.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 - 8 fresh jalapenos, deseeded, roasted and diced 
  • 1 pkg (250 grams) cream cheese, softened 
  • 1 cup sour cream 
  • 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Garlic Lovers 
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled 

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. With a handheld mixer on medium, combine cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy; add in Garlic Lovers to combine.
  • Add in 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1 cups Monterey jack cheese, most diced jalapenos and most of the bacon; mix well.
  • Transfer to a 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheeses,               bacon and jalapeno.
  • Bake until dip is golden and bubbly, about 15 - 20 minutes. Broil for the last 2 - 3 minutes for extra golden cheese.
  • Serve with tortilla chips
