Jalapeno Popper Dip
A great dip for a game night. This dip uses Mae's Seasonings Garlic Lovers. Serve with tortilla chips or bread pieces.
Ingredients
- 6 - 8 fresh jalapenos, deseeded, roasted and diced
- 1 pkg (250 grams) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Garlic Lovers
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F. With a handheld mixer on medium, combine cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy; add in Garlic Lovers to combine.
- Add in 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1 cups Monterey jack cheese, most diced jalapenos and most of the bacon; mix well.
- Transfer to a 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheeses, bacon and jalapeno.
- Bake until dip is golden and bubbly, about 15 - 20 minutes. Broil for the last 2 - 3 minutes for extra golden cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips
