Ingredients
2 racks of pork ribs
2 - 4 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Beer Can Chicken Rub
2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mae’s Seasonings Honey Hickory or Gold Mustard BBQ Sauce (optional)
Instructions
Remove the thin membrane in the back of the ribs and rub generously with Beer Can Chicken Rub and let sit in fridge for at least 8 hours.
Slice ribs into individual pieces, 2 to 3 per each slice.
Mix the pineapple juice and brown sugar together and pour into slow cooker; then place in ribs. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Once they are done, use tongs to gently pull them out as they will fall apart when you touch them.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Place ribs on foil lined baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce; cook for 5 - 10 minutes to glaze ribs.
Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
