Slow Cooked Pork Ribs

Pork ribs made with Mae's Seasonings Chicken and Rib. These are made in a slow cooker for very tender fall off the bone ribs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 racks of pork ribs 
  • 2 - 4 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chicken and Rib 
  • 2 cups pineapple juice 
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar 
  • Mae’s Seasonings Honey Hickory or Gold                   Mustard BBQ Sauce (optional) 

Instructions
 

  • Remove the thin membrane in the back of the ribs and rub                    generously with Chicken and Rib Rub and let sit in fridge for at least 8 hours.
  • Slice ribs into individual pieces, 2 to 3 per each slice.
  • Mix the pineapple juice and brown sugar together and pour into slow cooker; then place in ribs. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
  • Once they are done, use tongs to gently pull them out as they will fall apart when you touch them.
  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Place ribs on foil lined baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce; cook for 5 - 10 minutes to glaze ribs.
  • Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
