Our Story

Mae’s Seasonings started with one simple goal — create bold, flavourful blends without relying on excess salt or artificial ingredients.

Rachael, a professional chef based in Abbotsford, BC, began crafting her own seasonings after finding that store-bought options lacked depth and balance. What started in her kitchen quickly became a passion.

Her first blend, Cajun Blackened, became a customer favourite while working as a kitchen manager — featured in dishes like Cajun chicken sandwiches and creamy pasta. From there, the collection grew through experimentation, feedback, and a love for real flavour.

In 2020, Mae’s Seasonings officially launched, offering handcrafted blends made with high-quality, potent spices. Since then, the lineup has expanded to include rubs, dip mixes, and sauces — all built on the same philosophy: clean ingredients, bold taste, and no shortcuts.
