Mae’s Seasonings products are currently available for sale and shipping within Canada only.

All prices and shipping rates are listed in Canadian dollars.

Shipping Policy

We use Canada Post for most orders.

Shipping rates are based on your order total and shown at checkout.

Most orders are shipped the next business day. Larger bags are made fresh during our weekly kitchen production, so they may take longer to prepare. If your order includes larger bags, we’ll email you after receiving your order to confirm the expected shipping date.

We always want our customers to have a great experience with Mae’s Seasonings. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve it.

Because our spice blends and sauces are food products, we do not accept returns.

For food safety reasons, please do not send products back to us unless instructed to do so.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
