Best Pumpkin Pie
Best Pumpkin Pie made with Mae's Seasonings Pumpkin Spice. Serve with whipped cream. You could also add abit of our Pumpkin Spice to the whipped cream if you wish.

- 1 can (14 oz) pure pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Pumpkin Spice
- 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, milk, brown sugar and eggs; stir well.
In a small bowl, mix together flour, salt and Pumpkin Spice; mix into pumpkin mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 45 minutes. Cool.
Serve with whipped cream.
