Blackened Cajun Salmon
Salmon made with Mae's Seasonings Cajun Blackened. This is great served over pasta or pair with rice and a salad for a complete meal.

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut in wedges
Brush melted butter over Salmon on both sides; rub in Cajun Blackened.
In a cast iron skillet on medium - high, melt butter and oil together. Once hot, add salmon and cook 3 - 5 minutes per side or until cooked and fish flakes easily.
Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
Squeeze lemon juice over salmon and serve.
