Classic devilled eggs made with Mae's Seasonings Cajun Blackened for a twist. These are great for an appetizer or serve with a salad for an easy lunch.
In a medium pot on high heat, place eggs and cover with water. Bring to a boil; once boiling turn off the heat and leave on stove without lifting the lid for 18 minutes. Drain and put some cold water on them to cool down.
Once cooled, peel eggs and scoop out the yolks and place in a large bowl and combine with remaining ingredients except for paprika.
With a spoon or pastry bag, place yolk mixture back into the eggs and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
