Cajun Devilled Eggs

Classic devilled eggs made with Mae's Seasonings Cajun Blackened for a twist. These are great for an appetizer or serve with a salad for an easy lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs 
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened 
  • 1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard 
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar 
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1 green onion, chopped  
  • Smoked paprika 

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot on high heat, place eggs and cover with water. Bring to a boil; once boiling turn off the heat and leave on stove without lifting the lid for 18 minutes. Drain and put some cold water on them to cool down.
  • Once cooled, peel eggs and scoop out the yolks and place in a large bowl and combine with remaining ingredients except for paprika.
  • With a spoon or pastry bag, place yolk mixture back into the eggs and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
