
Cajun Devilled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Cajun Blackened
- 1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a medium pot on high heat, place eggs and cover with water. Bring to a boil; once boiling turn off the heat and leave on stove without lifting the lid for 18 minutes. Drain and put some cold water on them to cool down.
- Once cooled, peel eggs and scoop out the yolks and place in a large bowl and combine with remaining ingredients except for paprika.
- With a spoon or pastry bag, place yolk mixture back into the eggs and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
