Chicken Schnitzel
Schnitzel made with Mae’s Seasonings Oma's Fried Chicken. This is a great quick weekday meal. Pair it with roasted potatoes and veggies for a complete meal. This is best served with lemon juice.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Mae's Seasonings Oma's Fried Chicken divided
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- lemon wedges for serving
Pound out the chicken breasts until very thin but no so thin its going to tear. Trim off any fat and set aside.
You will need 3 large shallow bowls that the chicken will fit into.
For the first bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, 1 tbsp Fried Chicken Seasoning, garlic, and salt. For the second bowl, beat the eggs. For the third bowl, mix together panko and 1 tbsp Fried Chicken Seasoning.
Using a fork for each, place chicken into the flour mixture, then egg, and last in the panko.
Fry the chicken in a frying pan with the butter and oil on medium - high until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Serve with lemon juice squeezed on them.
