Chili Lime Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette made with Mae's Seasonings Chili Lime. This is great for your Mexican Inspired Salads. This can also be used as a marinade for your meats such as chicken, pork, fish and seafood.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chili Lime
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together lime juice, white wine vinegar, honey, Chili Lime, and Dijon.
  • Slowly add the oil and whisk while pouring until the dressing emulsified.
  • Let sit for 1 hour before serving.
