Chili Lime Vinaigrette
Vinaigrette made with Mae's Seasonings Chili Lime. This is great for your Mexican Inspired Salads. This can also be used as a marinade for your meats such as chicken, pork, fish and seafood.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chili Lime
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together lime juice, white wine vinegar, honey, Chili Lime, and Dijon.
- Slowly add the oil and whisk while pouring until the dressing emulsified.
- Let sit for 1 hour before serving.
