Chipotle Beef Rib Fingers

Boneless ribs made with Mae's Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa. Serve with rice and veggies for a complete meal.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 kg boneless beef rib finger meat 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil  
  • 3 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa 
  • 2 cups beef broth 
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • Juice from 1 lime 
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar 

Instructions
 

  • Cut the rib meat into bite sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix together oil, and Chipotle Cocoa. Toss with ribs and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar; pour into slow cooker.
  • Place meat on top of the broth and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is falling apart.
  • Transfer to a large serving bowl and let rest for 20 minutes before serving.
