Chipotle Beef Rib Fingers
Boneless ribs made with Mae's Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa. Serve with rice and veggies for a complete meal.

Ingredients
1.5 kg boneless beef rib finger meat
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Juice from 1 lime
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Cut the rib meat into bite sized pieces.
In a large bowl, mix together oil, and Chipotle Cocoa. Toss with ribs and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar; pour into slow cooker.
Place meat on top of the broth and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is falling apart.
Transfer to a large serving bowl and let rest for 20 minutes before serving.
