Chipotle Beef Rib Fingers
Boneless ribs made with Mae's Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa. Serve with rice and veggies for a complete meal.

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg boneless beef rib finger meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Mae’s Seasonings Chipotle Cocoa
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Juice from 1 lime
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Cut the rib meat into bite sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix together oil, and Chipotle Cocoa. Toss with ribs and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar; pour into slow cooker.
- Place meat on top of the broth and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is falling apart.
- Transfer to a large serving bowl and let rest for 20 minutes before serving.
